He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Institute of Taxation and has over the years acquired extensive experience in the design of internal controls and accounting systems together with change management.
At MOA Consult, he has had the privilege of influencing the firm’s direction and values, and is dedicated to its growth and progress. He developed and continuously reviews the firm’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and provides advisory services to clients in corporate governance, accounting system design, and taxation.
Charles’ adaptable style and diverse range of industry expertise means that he is able to deliver lasting value to the partners, associates and clients of MOA.
He began his career as a Finance and Administrative Officer and has occupied other roles such as Audit Manager of two accounting firms, Adjunct Lecturer at Central University College, Finance Director of a construction and haulage company, and is currently the Head of Finance and Administration at the Ghana Institute of Surveyors.
Charles was also a short-term Consultant and Financial Management specialist at the World Bank, Ghana, where he carried out supervision work to ensure the appropriate functioning of the project’s financial management systems.
He sits on a number of Advisory Boards and Committees, where he shares his expertise in business strategy, finance, accounting, and general business matters.
